Return Policy

Returns must be approved in advance by email to receiveharmony@gmail.com. We will then reply with a return authorization number. We accept eligible returns within the return period specified on the relevant product page in number of days from the delivery of your order. If no return period is specified on a product page, the permitted return period is 30 days.
Certain parts of the delivery can also be returned. However, if you want to return less than 50% of the original volume of your purchased products to us, we cannot accept the return. We will refund your money in the same way you originally paid, minus shipping and handling costs.
We process refunds within a week of receiving an authorized return request.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs, charge no restocking fees and accept any returned item.
